We want you to absolutely love your jewelry—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


Return Policy

  • Non-Customized Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom Rings: All custom rings are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Loose Diamonds & Gemstones:
    1. Customers may return one loose diamond
    or gemstone within 30 days of delivery at no charge, once every 90 days.
    2. The 90-day cycle begins on the date of your first Ruby Harper order and resets every 90 days thereafter.
    3. Any additional returns of loose diamonds or gemstones within the same 90-day period will incur a $50 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund.
    4. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or revoke return privileges for customers who repeatedly violate this policy or attempt to circumvent the return limitations.

Additional Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
