2. Design & Stone Sourcing
We curate hand-selected historic cuts—such as old mine, old European, or rose cuts—or ethically sourced gems, pairing them with detailed CAD renders and design concepts tailored to your personal aesthetic.
3. Master Craftsmanship
Once your design and stone selection are finalized, your piece enters production. Cast in solid gold or platinum, each setting is hand-carved, meticulously engraved with custom details, and set by hand with expert precision.
4. Delivery & Packaging
Your custom heirloom arrives delivered fully insured in our signature presentation packaging, complete with hand-sealed deckled stationery and care documentation to preserve your piece for a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the timeline for a bespoke piece?
Standard production typically takes 6 to 8 weeks after design and stone selection are finalized. For rare historic diamond sourcing or complex custom cuts, please allow up to 12 weeks.
How does payment work?
Once your design quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your stone and begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final photo/video approval prior to insured shipment.
Can I supply my own heirloom stone?
Yes. We love breathing new life into family heirlooms. During the consultation, we will assess your stone’s dimensions and setting requirements to ensure it can be safely reset into a new custom design.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Because every custom piece is made uniquely to order and raw materials are secured specifically for your project, all deposits are non-refundable once production or stone sourcing has officially begun.
