Here’s How the Custom Design Process Works:

Fill Out Our Custom Design Questionnaire
This is the first step to get in touch with us. Tell us about your inspiration, preferences, and any ideas you already have in mind. The more detail, the better!

Consultation & Quote
Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll reach out to discuss the specifics — from style and materials to budget and timeline. After refining your concept, we’ll provide a detailed quote.

Payment & Production

Once your design quote is finalized, you’ll receive a full project total that includes your chosen diamond or gemstone, design labor, materials, and shipping.

To begin, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your materials and start the CAD design process. The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of production, after you’ve received final photos for approval, before shipment.

Because each custom order is made uniquely for you, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been allocated. 

Timelines

After we’ve finalized the design and received any necessary stones, your piece will go into production. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the design (up to 12 weeks for projects requiring custom cut stones or extensive stone sourcing).
