Consultation & Quote
Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll reach out to discuss the specifics — from style and materials to budget and timeline. After refining your concept, we’ll provide a detailed quote.

Purchase the Custom Design Package
When you're ready to move forward, you’ll purchase our custom design package, here. This secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin the design process.

Production Time
After we’ve finalized the design and received any necessary stones, your piece will go into production. Please allow 3 to 7 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the design.
