Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Shipping timelines are noted in each product description. Unless otherwise specified, pieces ordered in their current size and without alterations ship the next business day. Pieces requiring resizing or other alterations may require up to 4 business days before shipment.

Custom Orders

Most custom pieces are completed within 6–8 weeks from the date your first deposit is paid. This timeline includes stone sourcing and shipping, design work, production, setting, and finishing.

Particularly intricate designs, specialty stone cuts, or unusually difficult-to-source stones may require additional time. If we expect your piece to fall outside the typical timeline, we will let you know before we begin.

Insured Shipping

All Ruby Harper orders are fully insured while in transit, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

International Orders

We ship internationally, fully insured.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

Please note that customs processing can extend delivery timelines in ways we are unable to predict.
