• In-Stock Items: Ready-to-ship pieces are processed and shipped within 5 business days of order placement.

• Loose Diamonds & Gemstones: Loose stones are shipped from their lab or mine of origin to Ruby Harper Fine Jewelry before being sent to you. This process typically takes 1–2 weeks. Once received, your stone is shipped the same day and you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

• Custom Orders: Shipping timelines for custom-made rings and special orders are provided during your design consultation.

• Insurance & Signature Requirements: All shipments are fully insured for your protection. Orders totaling $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
