What is the timeline for a bespoke piece?

Standard production typically takes 6 to 8 weeks after design and stone selection are finalized. For rare historic diamond sourcing or complex custom cuts, please allow up to 12 weeks.

 

How does payment work?

Once your design quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your stone and begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final photo/video approval prior to insured shipment.

 

Can I supply my own heirloom stone?

Yes. We love breathing new life into family heirlooms. During the consultation, we will assess your stone’s dimensions and setting requirements to ensure it can be safely reset into a new custom design.

 

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

Because every custom piece is made uniquely to order and raw materials are secured specifically for your project, all deposits are non-refundable once production or stone sourcing has officially begun.
