Shipping and Delivery

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Shipping timelines are noted in each product description. Unless otherwise specified, pieces ordered in their current size and without alterations ship the next business day. Pieces requiring resizing or other alterations may require up to 4 business days before shipment.

Custom Orders: Custom pieces typically require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production once the design and stone selection have been finalized. More intricate projects, specialty sourcing, or revisions may require additional time. Estimated dates are provided during the design process and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Insured Shipping: All Ruby Harper orders are fully insured while in transit, and tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Signature Requirements: Orders totaling $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Delivery timelines for international orders may be extended by customs processing.
