• Insured Shipping: All fine jewelry is shipped via a secure, insured carrier. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders exceeding $500.00.

• Timeline: Custom pieces typically require a production lead time of 4–8 weeks. We will provide an estimated delivery date during the design process, though these are estimates and not guarantees.
